With an impressive career spanning over 19 years, Anas has established himself as a prominent figure in the architecture industry, excelling in roles such as Design Director, Senior Design Manager, and Practicing Architect. His expertise extends across prestigious and high capital investment projects, with a rich portfolio encompassing the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and the United Kingdom.
Anas holds a Master’s degree in architecture from Edinburgh University, a testament to his dedication to academic excellence. As the Managing Director and Co-founder of Q3 Architects, Anas continues to drive the firm’s success and reputation for delivering exceptional designs.
Throughout his professional journey, Anas has been involved in a wide range of projects, ranging from world-class iconic structures to competition entries. Notably, his experience at Zaha Hadid Architect exposed him to international-scale projects, where he collaborated with multinational consultants. Anas further honed his expertise during his tenure at EW Architects, where he focused on designing and managing projects within the education sector in the UK. His contributions to education buildings highlighted his ability to understand and cater to the specific needs of educational institutions.
Additionally, Anas served as the Director of Design and Technical for the Middle East region at Radisson Hotels Group. In this role, he provided design and technical services to owners and developers for new-build and conversion projects across the group’s brands. This experience strengthened his expertise in delivering design solutions tailored to the unique requirements of the hospitality industry.

With a wealth of experience working alongside leading international design studios, Shadi brings a distinguished background to his role as the Head of Design and Co-founder at Q3 Architects’ Dubai studio. Boasting over 20 years in architecture design and design management, Shadi has consistently demonstrated his unwavering motivation and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Throughout his career, Shadi has excelled in collaborating effectively with project stakeholders, going above and beyond to ensure the creation of sustainably-built facilities that surpass client expectations. His meticulous attention to detail and extensive portfolio, encompassing diverse sectors such as mixed-use development, commercial, and residential schemes and most importantly his extensive experience in education projects, highlight his versatility as an architect.
Shadi’s expertise revolves around the concept of transforming a mere “piece of paper into reality.” He possesses a comprehensive understanding of the design process, spanning from the initial preconcept and brief stage to the intricate phases of design development. Moreover, his profound knowledge of building coordination and construction equips him with the know-how needed to bring architectural visions to life seamlessly.
Having spent 17 years in the UAE and 2 years in Egypt, Shadi has actively participated in architectural competitions and secured appointments across various countries, including KSA, Italy, Morocco, Lebanon, and Australia. Shadi’s remarkable blend of technical aptitude and creative ability positions him as a highly sought-after architect in the industry.
