the management of a large corporation recognised the need to provide their staff with high-quality accommodation and amenities. They realised that happy, healthy employees would not only be more productive, but they would also be more likely to stay with the company for the long term. So, they decided to embark on a project to design a staff accommodation and amenities center that would prioritize biophilic and wellness approaches.
Our designers got to work on the layout of the accommodation and amenities center. We wanted to create spaces that would feel open and airy, with plenty of natural light and ventilation. To achieve this, we incorporated large windows and skylights, as well as indoor-outdoor spaces that would allow staff to connect with nature, while nature was brought within the building.
Finally, the designers focused on incorporating biophilic elements throughout the center. They added living walls and greenery to the common areas, as well as natural wood finishes and textures. They even incorporated a small garden where staff could grow their own herbs and vegetables, further connecting them to the natural environment.
We are thrilled to be part of this fantastic opportunity helping staff and worker to live a better environment and enhance their daily life activities. The project is set to be a prototype model to be implemented throughout the country of Iraq.
