Anas Yones

Co-Founder I Managing Director

Anas has over 19 years of experience as a Design Director, Senior Design Manager, and Architect, working on prestigious projects across the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and the UK. He holds a Master’s degree in architecture from Edinburgh University. As Director of Design and Technical for Radisson Hotels Group, Anas provided design and technical services for new-build and conversion projects. Joining Broadway Malyan Architects in 2014, he led the award-winning Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium project. His experience at Zaha Hadid Architects and EW Architects sharpened his skills in large-scale, complex buildings and master plans, with a focus on education buildings and UK standards.

Shadi Abdelsalam

Co-Founder I Design Director

Shadi is an experienced designer with over 20 years in architecture design and design management, having worked with leading international studios. He joined Q3 Architects in late 2020 as Head of Design and Partner in the Dubai studio. Shadi has a diverse portfolio spanning mixed-use developments, commercial, and residential projects. His expertise reflects the concept of â€œfrom PIECE of PAPER into REALITY,â€ covering all project stages from preconcept to completion. With extensive experience in creating outstanding designs and managing complex stakeholder relationships, Shadi has worked in the UAE for 17 years and Egypt for 2 years, participating in various international architectural competitions and projects.

Shady Soliman

Design Lead

Shady is a Lead Architect and Tech Enthusiast with a Bachelor of Architecture from Helwan University. Currently a Team Leader at Q3 Architects, he has garnered extensive experience at Madinet Masr, Unity Design and Construction, and Module Designers. Known for his innovative approach and leadership skills, Shady excels in merging technology with architecture to create cutting-edge designs. His commitment and passion make him a key asset in any project.

Mohamed Mohsen

Senior Designer

Mohamed is a passionate architect with over 5 years of experience in creating innovative designs. His expertise spans master planning, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. Nouran Hany

Senior Designer

Nouran Hany is an accomplished Architect with a background in Architectural Engineering from Ain Shams University. Currently a Design Architect at Q3 Architects, she brings extensive experience from roles at Mod+Partner, ElMasry Group, and EHAF Consulting Engineers. Her career highlights include contributing to significant projects like the Ezbet Project and “EMAAR – Mivida” 5th Settlement Boulevard package.
